Mission-driven is the new black and this OG purpose-first B-Corp was getting crowded out by the wave of conventional brands putting on their Birkies and dabbing patchouli behind their ears in an attempt to appeal to consumers’ passion for purpose. So, Dadascope got busy shining a light on this longtime client’s commitment to people and planet — from its Fair Trade and B-Corp credentials and its tireless commitment to improving lives from Oakland to Madagascar to its pioneering innovations in sustainable packaging. Numi did the work, we built the strategies and stories, and lo and behold, the media attention followed.

 

A 2-DAY RETREAT BRINGS A PASSIONATE COMMUNITY TOGETHER FOR EDUCATION, INSPIRATION + BONDING

Corto Olive Co., which produces the finest and freshest California extra virgin olive oil enjoyed by professional chefs and consumers, came to Dadascope, its longtime PR partner, with a desire to nurture and support its community of chef customers — specifically leading women pizzamakers from around the country. Dadascope conceived of and produced a festive and immersive two-day experience designed to engage, educate and inspire existing customers in order to:

- Expand brand awareness and deepen brand loyalty among existing and potential customers

- Showcase Corto’s long-term commitment, leadership, and support to the community of women in pizza

- Generate high-quality content that can be leveraged across owned/social channels and PR

- Inspire social buzz among attendees

Dadascope launched the first ever at-home matcha maker during the height of the pandemic and has continued to establish Cuzen Matcha as a must-have in leading gift guides and product coverage. Thanks to a comprehensive affiliate and linkbuilding strategy, Dadascope has driven revenue, authority and SEO value for the brand and product since 2020.

Our job requires us to be brutally honest, so here’s the truth: Getting press for probiotics — and supplements in general — is really, really, really hard. The media’s inclination is to cover the trends, but not the products because a few bad apples have ruined it for the rest of us (grrrr…). Never ones to shy from a challenge or to ignore our gut (#punalert!), we simply couldn’t resist working with the team at Jetson. They had innovative science (the first probiotic to rotate strains every month), clever content and branding, and a brilliant team on their side, so we rolled up our sleeves and got to work unearthing every possible pitch angle we could come up with and launching a super tight thought leadership campaign with the Jetson Gut Council of experts. One year and 77 pieces of coverage later, we’re feeling pretty satisfied with ourselves:
